Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the resort was a dream come true, nestled in the Great Barrier Reef with stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The room was fantastic, with a lovely balcony, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. While there were some facilities meant for day visitors that could get crowded, the resort guest area provided a much-needed escape. The dining options were good, albeit a bit pricey, but there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Overall, it was worth the splurge for the experiences and beauty surrounding us.
The resort offered a beautiful setting and excellent snorkeling experiences, but it fell short on customer service and dining quality. While the room had great amenities, including a lovely balcony, the inconsistent service and limited dining options detracted from the overall experience. Plus, the ongoing construction was quite unsettling during our stay.
This tropical island resort is a little slice of paradise, especially for those looking to unwind and enjoy nature. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the activities offered were fantastic, but I found the influx of day visitors overwhelming at times. The dining experience could use some improvement as dinner options were limited after hours, and the reef faced some strain with so many guests. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot as long as you’re prepared for a few quirks.
I had the most incredible stay on Green Island. The staff were genuinely friendly and made each moment special, from the beautiful snorkeling experiences to the delicious seafood we enjoyed. The only minor drawback was the influx of day-trippers during certain times, but we found ways to enjoy the island away from the crowds. The comfortable accommodations and gorgeous natural surroundings truly made this trip memorable.
The resort offers stunning views and plenty of marine life, making for a beautiful getaway. However, the upkeep of the resort leaves much to be desired, as cleanliness seems to be a significant issue throughout the facilities. While there are enjoyable activities available, the dining experience is subpar and lacks quality. Overall, some serious renovations and management attention are needed to truly meet the luxury standards promised.
